Sensei Bane Stevovic Sensei Stevovic began practicing karate in the 1970's. He successfully competed in many national and international championships in both kata and kumite. Sensei Stevovic was awarded the title for the Most Successful Coach in 1982-1985. Sensei Stevovic started his own club in 1994. Since then members of Karate Club "Eagle" have won over 1000 trophies competing in Canada and the USA. In 2003, he was awarded the Distinguished Instructor Award from Long Island University Karate Instructor Program in Brooklyn, New York, USA.
