1. Do you have to sign up for a certain amount of sessions or can you drop in to individual classes as you please?
When you sign up for our program you are signing up for a 6 month plan. The reasons for this is as follows:
a) We don't just want you to get into shape, we want you to get into the habit of maintaining your new body and adapting a healthier lifestyle. Drop in classes or shorter plans make it easier on you to slip up and quit.
b) Any group classes are as strong as their weakest member. If you don't have the attitude to make a commitment to your health and improvement you are not being fair to the other participants.
2. How much does your bootcamp cost?
The total cost is $150/month for 2 classes per week. This roughly equates to eating lunch at a restaurant twice a week.
3. Are there uniforms required?
We don't require uniforms so whatever you're comfortable working out in is fine with us. We have T-shirts to purchase if you like but otherwise it's your call.
4. Are we required to bring our own gloves?
We have gloves available that you can use, or you can purchase your own.
5. Is experience required?
No experience required. As long as you have a good work ethic and are motivated to deliver what we ask, you'll learn quickly and see results even faster. |
