1. After the 2 week free trial do you have to sign up for a certain amount of sessions or can you drop in to individual classes as you please?
When you sign up for our program you are signing up for a 6 month plan. The reasons for this is we don't just want you to get into shape, we want you to get into the habit of maintaining your new body and adapting a healthier lifestyle. Drop in classes or shorter plans make it easier on you to slip up and quit and our experince has shown that 6 months is a good time frame to develop a positive habit.
2. How much does your bootcamp cost?
The total cost is $200/month for 2 classes per week. This roughly equates to eating a bigger lunch at a restaurant twice a week.
3. Why are you more expensive than a gym/similar program/other bootcamp?
We are more expensive for the same reason that a BMW is more expensive than a KIa - quality costs money and we deliver a high quality service. Our conditioning program, which has been used on competitive atheletes as well as active moms, has worked time and time again to get people into shape, scorch fat and tone muscles. Simply put, we deliver real results and our price reflects that.
4. Are we required to bring our own gloves?
We have gloves available that you can use, or you can purchase your own.
5. Is experience required?
No experience required. As long as you have a good work ethic and are motivated to deliver what we ask, you'll learn quickly and see results even faster. |
